Museum of the Moon

Mirvac is proud to have been the principal supporting partner of the spectacular Museum of the Moon event held at Bunjil Place last month.

We are committed to supporting the local Casey community and were thrilled to host a Smiths Lane purchaser only event at the launch of Orbital, a 10-day series of events and activities to celebrate the arrival of the Museum of the Moon installation.

Museum of the Moon was the giant replica of the Earth's Moon that hung majestically in the Bunjil Place Plaza from Saturday 26th June - Sunday 4th July. The installation was created by UK artist Luke Jerram, measuring seven metres in diameter and features a detailed NASA imagery of the moon's lunar surface.

On Friday 25th June, we welcomed our VIP guests to a private function where they enjoyed a photo booth moment, custom colouring-in activity for the kids, roving performers, canapes, and drinks. After a project update speech from Ben Liang, Development Manager, they then set off to explore the launch night festivities.

Thank you to all who came along. We look forward to seeing you at other upcoming exciting events!
