The Smiths Lane Community is Growing

The Mirvac team are excited to announce that we have acquired an additional 70 hectares of land to add to the Smiths Lane Community.

This month we will be launching a new green neighbourhood comprising of over 280 lots at 105 Smiths Lane. With an abundance of open space, local park, Active Open Space, future community centre and government primary school, this will be the ideal place for families to call home.

In addition, we are planning a prestigious neighbourhood at 95 McCormacks Road, featuring the original Saint Germain Homestead. The site will be transformed to incorporate 600 lots with two hectares of public open space.

At Smiths Lane our residents can enjoy a lifestyle of health and well-being. Each home will be a short stroll from green space, which makes up approximately 25% or 66 hectares of the masterplan.

Upon completion, Smiths Lane will include a future town centre, with a supermarket, specialty stores and restaurants. Multiple schools including Clyde Grammar School, a childcare centre, community centres, adult education facilities and co-working spaces. 

The official launch of 105 Smiths Lane will take place in the coming weeks.
