Key construction milestones include:
Banjo Park
This recently completed park on Oconnor Avenue includes a range of activities for the whole family with our feature water play and adventure play elements for the kids, half basketball court, kick-about lawn and space for picnics or barbecues.
Park located on Alexander Boulevard
This 8,000sqm park is currently under construction with completion anticipated for late August. The park will include a BMX track, a flying fox, play elements, and kick-about areas.
Clyde Grammar
The Clyde Grammar campus is now open, offering Foundation (Prep), Year 1 and Year 2 classes and enrolling for future years. Over the coming years Clyde Grammar will offer education from Foundation to Year 12.

Smiths Lane Hub
The new sales office, community centre and café are currently under construction with framing completed and the roof installed. Completion is anticipated for Spring 2022.
